Manufacturing

A factory built around your product

From pattern development to global shipping, every Cuircon garment moves through a disciplined, quality-controlled production line.

Factory

Manufacturing from Sialkot, Pakistan

Cuircon International manufactures from Sialkot, Pakistan — a region with a long-standing base of garment and sporting-goods production expertise. Our team brings over 30 years of combined manufacturing experience to motorsport racewear specifically.

Production runs across dedicated stages — pattern development, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, quality control, final inspection, packing and shipping — coordinated as one line rather than outsourced in pieces.

Production Process

Ten stages, one continuous line

01

Pattern & Development

Every product starts with pattern development against your spec or an existing reference garment.

02

Material Sourcing

Fabric and hardware sourced to match the performance, durability and cost requirements of the product.

03

Cutting

Panels cut to pattern with consistent tolerances across production runs.

04

Stitching

Assembly through our stitching lines, built for both competition and rental-grade durability.

05

Embroidery

Logos, sponsor marks and driver identity applied by embroidery where specified.

06

Printing

Sublimation and print finishing for graphics, colorways and branding.

07

Quality Control

Inspection checkpoints run alongside production, not only at the end of the line.

08

Final Inspection

Finished garments checked against spec before packing.

09

Packing

Packed to your private-label or bulk shipment requirements.

10

Global Shipping

Export prepared for international B2B delivery.

Quality Control

Quality is part of the product

Inspection checkpoints run throughout the production line — not only as a final gate. Measurements, stitching, print and fabric quality are checked at the stage they happen, so issues are caught early rather than at final packing.

We draw a clear line between manufacturing capability — our ability to construct a product to a given specification — and product certification or homologation, which applies to specific finished products and is confirmed on a per-order basis with supporting documentation.

Certifications & Compliance

Capability and certification are not the same thing

Certain Cuircon product lines — including select racing suits and racing shoes — are manufactured to meet SFI specifications where ordered to that standard. Compliance frameworks such as REACH and OEKO-TEX relate to specific materials and are confirmed per order with supporting documentation, rather than applied as a blanket claim across every product. Always confirm the exact certification status and documentation for your specific product before ordering.

SFI Specification

Race suits are available in SFI 3.2A/1 (single-layer Proban) and SFI 3.2A/5 (2-layer Nomex) constructions when ordered to that standard. Karting suits and jackets are not fire resistant by design — fire risk in karting is minimal compared to car racing.

Compare Tiers

REACH

Material-level chemical compliance confirmed against specific fabric and trim selections on request.

OEKO-TEX

Referenced where specific certified fabrics are selected for a given order — confirmed case by case.
